The lack of wires isn’t a problem if you want to install Gira E2 and Gira Standard 55 with a new, surface-mounted solution. Thanks to wiring, it can be retrofitted almost anywhere and integrated into the 300 functions of the Gira System 55. Both design lines are available in pure white glossy. Gira Standard 55 also has a cream white glossy variant and Gira E2 is now available in black matt as well.

The switch enables you to easily control Philips Hue lights and Sonos speakers from anywhere, and it can be attached to any surface. Its premium finish – achieved with high-quality materials such as shatter-proof, UV-resistant and easy-care thermoplastic in black matt and pure white matt – ensures that the switch fits seamlessly into any interior.

Poorly lit hallways or staircases can quickly turn into a tripping hazard – at night as well as during the day down in the basement. Thanks to a convenient orientation light, you won’t have to worry about that: surface-mounted switches from the design lines Gira E2 and Gira Standard 55 are now available with a constantly active lighting element to guide you along. The module runs on a minimum amount of energy and can easily be retrofitted by your electrician, as it merely replaces the blind slider.
