  The door station’s camera feed can be activated independently of a doorbell ring. This allows you to monitor the entrance area at any time.

  Missed visitors are automatically recorded. The stored images can be viewed later directly on the display.  

• Different doorbell tones for the main entrance and flat door  

  Different tones sound depending on where the button is pressed. This makes it immediately clear whether the doorbell was rung at the front door or directly at the flat door.  

• Mobile forwarding of the doorbell  

  Optionally, doorbell rings can be forwarded to a smartphone. This means that conversations and door opening are also possible outside the flat. Management and billing are user-specific via the respective App Store account. 

The Gira IP video home station is suitable for use in both new-build and renovation projects. If a network infrastructure is already in place or planned within the building, it can be integrated directly into the Gira IP door communication system. When converting existing systems to IP technology, the video door intercom integrates seamlessly into the new infrastructure.

If no network cabling is available, the Wi-Fi-enabled version offers additional flexibility. This also allows for retrofitting without major structural work.   

Installation and configuration are carried out by a qualified specialist company. Settings can also be adjusted later if required, without the need for a further on-site visit for every change.
