FAQ
Gira X1 master password
Is there a master password in case I forget my password?
No, after a factory reset, the password on the device remains activated.
For end-customers, the device password should be in the documentation provided by the electrical engineering firm. If this is not the case, please contact your specialist installer as the device is built-in and therefore you cannot access it.
If you have updated the firmware of the device for which you have not yet received a password, the new password after the firmware update will be “device”.
