How the database works.
The folder icon indicates that files concerning a particular subject are grouped together here. In addition, a lot of files are organised into sub-directories. To make things clearer, the file path is shown on the left of the data listing. All path information takes the form of links. It is therefore very easy to return in fairly big jumps. Use this path to go to the next-higher level or click on the arrow with the title ".." to go back.
The database includes files with a PDF icon and files with a diskette icon.
You can download the PDF files and read them with Acrobat Reader. If this application is not installed on your computer you can install it simply by using this link. The application is free of charge..
Download Acrobat ReaderYou can also download files which have the diskette icon. Next unpack the ZIP file into a temporary directory and install the software via Set-up/Install or load the ETS product database, for example. If you do not have a program for unpacking ZIP files, from here you can also download the shareware application Info Unzip.
To find something quickly in the database you can use the "Search" function. This allows you to search by order number or by product name.
