You can open doors without keys using Gira's access control system. The technology of the Gira Keyless In products is based on a secure electronic system and enables convenient access to buildings and rooms. Both the Gira Keyless In Keypad and the Gira Keyless In Fingerprint can be installed as stand-alone devices or within the Gira door communication system. The cover frames from the Gira System 55 or TX44 ensure the right design.
This product is suitable for retrofitting.
Due to its splash-proof design (IP44), the product is suitable for basements, damp rooms and outdoor areas.
Operation either via fingerprint or code access.
Child's play: The door opens once you enter your personal number combination. Even a gentle, pressureless touch of the blue backlit Gira Keyless In Keypad is detected and confirmed with an acoustic signal. This so-called capacitive technology ensures wear-free operation and thus ensures greater security. The keys don't become worn and it means conclusions can't be drawn about the frequent use of certain number combinations. If an attempt is made to remove the keypad by force, the system triggers an alarm sound.
A fingerprint is unique and probably the oldest feature to identify a person. The Gira Keyless In Fingerprint uses this as access authorisation based on the latest technology: The highly sensitive biometric recognition procedure analyses the structures of the deepest layers of skin of the finger used. This provides a high degree of protection against tampering and also works with slightly dirty or injured fingers, with a changed skin structure in old age and with fingerprints of children from about six years of age. The fingerprint sensor has a signs-of-life detection function and can store up to 99 fingerprints. In case of unauthorised removal of the fingerprint attachment, an acoustic alarm is triggered.
The Gira Keyless In Keypad and the Gira Keyless In Fingerprint are available for indoor use with switch designs from System 55 and for outdoor use from the Gira TX_44 range.
