X1 password not available

What can I do if I have forgotten the device password?

A factory reset can be performed on the device on-site. Following this, the device password affixed to the device is reactivated.

 

Perform a factory reset as follows:

 

  • -Disconnect the power supply
  • -Hold down the programming button and connect the power supply
  • -Hold down the programming button until both LEDs flash at the same time
  • -Briefly release and re-press the programming button until the LEDs flash quickly
  • -The factory reset is complete.
