Can the date and time be hidden in the app?

It is not possible to amend the status bar, which means that the date and time cannot be hidden. (As of GPA 2.2; firmware 1.1.516)

Can each user change scenes?

Yes, scenes can be taught in by any user; this function must not be deactivated or password protected. As of (GPA 2.2; firmware 1.1516)

Does the X1 also have a KNX interface?

Yes, the Gira X1 has a KNX interface function so that you can launch ETS projects remotely, for example.

Does the X1 have the same functionality as a KNX router?

The X1 does not have the functionality of a KNX IP router. It is integrated as a KNX device into the bus and can be programmed and operated via IP (via the app).

What can I do if I have forgotten the device password?

A factory reset can be performed on the device on-site. Following this, the device password affixed to the device is reactivated. Perform a factory reset as follows: -Disconnect the power supply -Hold down the programming button and connect the power supply -Hold down the programming button until both LEDs flash at the same time -Briefly release and re-press the programming button until the LEDs flash quickly -The factory reset is complete.
