Gira exclusively sells to the wholesale electrical trade via specialist wholesalers. A master electrician is therefore your point of contact for Gira products. Complaints are also handled by the electrical engineering firm, which will offer you the full service if you have a complaint. The firm will carry out a professional fault analysis and, in particular, provide you with the security of expert installation. This means you can avoid having to replace devices unnecessarily and ensures that faults are not missed. If you have a warranty claim, your master electrician will also handle an exchange for you.
